Levins Associates is an international professional construction consultancy established in 1977. We are an independent practice with a total understanding of client needs and are specialists in Construction Project Management and Quantity Surveying.

We are a progressive consultancy with a varied portfolio portfolio of private and Government clients in Europe, Africa, the US and the Middle East.

The bulk of Levins Associates ’ business has been that of traditional Construction Cost advice, preparation of cost plans, bills of quantities, progress valuations and construction cost control services from budget estimates through to settlement of the final account.

However, a broader Project Management role has developed seeing Levins Associates acting between the Client and the construction contractors. Exceptional performance and commitment in carrying out this role has resulted in many repeat clients, the realisation of project objectives and the completion of construction works within budget, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Levins Associates always expects to get involved at the earliest stage of a project when design layouts and procedural arrangements are still being considered.
